Organic Spelt White Flour

Organic White Spelt Flour (1 kg) is a creamy, light‑coloured ancient‑grain flour milled from 100% organic spelt wheat. With a mild, nutty taste and soft texture, it bakes beautifully in breads, scones, pizzas, pastries, biscuits and cakes. It can often be used in recipes instead of standard plain white flour.
