Vegetable Glycerin

In taking more positive steps on our journey to reduce our environmental impact, NOW is in the process of transitioning our carrier oil bottles to be made from 100% PCR (post-consumer recycled) resin. Because of the recycled nature of the PCR bottles, you may notice some slight color variations in the bottles compared to what they looked like before. The new PCR bottle gives a darker appearance to the oils when looking through the bottle. This is normal and does not affect the quality of the oil.

Condition: Rough or dry skin in need of extra moisturization.

Solution:  Vegetable glycerin is a humectant derived from non-GMO palm oil. It is an outstanding moisturizer and skin cleanser that also provides softening and lubricating benefits. It’s easily soluble in water, making it suitable for use in all of your favorite skincare applications.
