Return Policy

1. Return & Exchange Window

At Organic Pantry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return most items within 30 days of the date you received your order for a refund or exchange, provided that the items are unused, unopened, in original condition, and with all seals and packaging intact.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • The product must be unused and in original condition.
  • All seals and packaging must be intact.
  • You must have your original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Consumable items that have been opened, partially used, or are perishable are not eligible for return, unless faulty.

3. How to Return an Item

You can return items in one of the following ways:

a) In‑Store Return

Bring your purchase, along with your receipt or order confirmation email, to any Organic Pantry store. Our team will assist you with your return or exchange.

b) Online Order Returns

  • Visit our Returns Portal (link will be provided on the website).
  • Enter your order number and email address.
  • Choose your preferred return method and follow the steps.
  • Pack items securely and ship them as instructed.

You can also track the return status via the Returns Portal.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for another product, you may do so in‑store. If the item you want is not available in store, or if you purchased online, you can return the product and place a new order for the item you want.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take several business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • If you no longer have access to your original payment method, we may issue a store credit or exchange instead.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact our Customer Support team with photos and order details.
  • We may offer a replacement or refund on faulty products.
  • In most cases, you won’t need to return the item for inspection — we’ll guide you through the process.

7. Exceptions & Non‑Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned under any circumstances, including:

  • Opened, used, or perishable consumables (e.g., food, supplements, edible products).
  • Items where returning would violate health, safety, or hygiene standards.
  • Products that are clearly marked non‑returnable on the product page.

8. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless:

  • The return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged item, etc.).
  • The item is defective — in which case return costs may be reimbursed after approval.
